No, you are limited to no more than 2 terms or 10 years of service as the president by the 22nd amendment. I would imagine all those votes would be thrown out as he is ineligible to be president, then the 12th amendment kicks in and things get weird.

That actually depends on the state, some states recognize write-ins even without them preregistering.

However, even then, it wouldn’t happen.

And, in fact, if something like the McMullin scenario happens (which is an explicit attempt to try to invoke the 12th amendment weirdness that e36Jeff mentioned), and the House enters a stalemate as a result, presidential succession kicks in on January 20 (out of those that are still in line, anyway, and are eligible for the office - it’s possible that the Senate goes for one of the two VP candidates, and they get the office, until the House makes up their mind).
